EQUIPMENT rental company Byrne Investments Saudi Arabia Limited is looking forward to create a niche as the single largest ‘all equipment rental solutions under one roof’ provider in Saudi Arabia.

“We will continue to work at growing our company profile and services across the Middle East following an exclusive business plan driven by commitment to deliver world class presentation and quality in terms of products and services,” says Rajnish Kar, general manager, Byrne Investments Saudi Arabia Limited.

The company provides the largest range of rental products and solutions under one roof across the Saudi Arabia to support various sectors like oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and events.

For Byrne, business during the last year has been good and the company has successfully established five branches with five operating depots across the kingdom.

“We have successfully established five fully operational points across the kingdom. There has been internal re-structuring by addition of skilled professionals heading specific departments driven by a defined business plan to increase presence, the product range and scope of services across the kingdom. High standards are continuously maintained, reviewed and improved upon to deliver world class presentation in terms of equipment,” he says.

According to Kar, the oil and gas sector in the kingdom continues to exhibit unlimited potential. “Expansions at the two major refinery areas at Jubail and Yanbu have taken place as well as opening a depot in Jeddah and this will lead to tremendous opportunity for a business such as ours to maintain a healthy pattern of growth over the next decade and more,” he adds.

The first quarter of this year has been extremely busy, he says and the company has effectively supported close to a dozen shut-down and turn-around activities in petrochemical based industries at Jubail and Yanbu, he adds.

The scope of work varied from providing industrial equipments ranging from power supply to air-conditioning; temporary offices; ablution block and services’ compressed air packages; lifting access and welding and de-watering solutions.

The company is actively providing long term solutions to various sites and labour camps by providing power package units. With the onset of summer the increase of quantities of generators in such sectors is expected to increase.

The company is also focusing on providing support solutions to the increased construction activities at Riyadh and Jeddah (Jeddah operations being the latest addition to the fast paced spread seen over the last five years).

“The prospects remain extremely attractive with tremendous scope and potential to grow even further in the buoyant Saudi economy,” a positive Kar adds.
