Ados has invested in a new Service Centre in the heart of UAE’s refining and petrochemical industry at Ruwais, which was inaugurated on the 11th April.

The facility will eventually have a one-stop shop for servicing both static and rotating equipment, where Emerson Automation Solutions, will establish a "Quick-Ship" control valve centre and John Crane a new mechanical seal service centre, says ADOS managing director, Zuhair Shehada.

The service centre will also be home to ADOS-Klinger Gaskets along with Swagelok Components and Instrumentation Fittings. There will also be an ADOS Valve Service Centre, where most types of valve maintenance and repairs will be undertaken.

An essential service for new projects and shutdown work is joint integrity assurance. This combines services such as bolting, machining and flange data management to deliver leak-free start-up and operations at client facilities through management of bolted connections including full traceability.

Hydratight pioneered this and now has added process and pipeline services to the legacy of Joint Integrity Assurance in order to deliver industry leading process and pipeline cleaning, testing, verification and integrity management services.
